Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a separate email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping time. Many of our products ship directly from our trusted suppliers, so delivery generally takes 7-20 business days depending on the item and your location. Some items arrive faster; a few specialty items can take a little longer, especially during high-demand periods.

Multiple items, multiple packages. If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. That's normal and doesn't mean anything is missing.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can occasionally take a few days to first update — this is normal for these shipments.

Shipping costs. Calculated at checkout based on your order and location; any current promotions are shown there.

Where we ship. We ship to the United States and many countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 10-25 days. Customers outside the US are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country.

Delays. Weather, customs, or carrier delays can occasionally push delivery past the estimate. If your order is significantly delayed, email support@pampured-paws.store and we'll look into it right away.
